Triceps Brachii
The triceps muscle is a three-headed (long, lateral and medial) muscle located at the back of the upper arm and makes up about 70% of the upper arm's muscle mass. It's job is to extend (straighten) the arm at the elbow joint and can also fixate (stabilize) the elbow joint when the forearm and hands are used for fine movement.
