Come and join us for an early morning workout at the base of North Mountain. Each session will be different from the last. We will combine a variety of exercises and forms of cardio to push your workouts to a new level and take your body to a new shape.
 


 
Who is welcome: Everyone is welcome! It will, however, be easier to participate in the workouts if you can walk at least a mile. We will do our best to work around any injuries or limitations you might have.
What to expect: We will begin with a walking warm-up followed by calisthenics, resistance training using body-weight and resistance bands, mix in some high intensity cardio intervals and finish with a relaxing stretch.
What to wear: Dress in comfortable clothing. Layers are best depending on the weather and your comfort level. Remember this is an outdoor workout, not a gym with a cleaning crew.
What to bring: A padded mat (or yoga mat with a towel that can be folded underneath for extra padding), sweat towel, water, hat, sunglasses and sunscreen.
