This workout journal is designed to track your daily workouts and nutrtion habits for up to 2 months. It includes a calendar to help track your workouts and keep you motivated and on track to help you reach your fitness goals. There are additional pages to track your measurements, bodyfat readings and any notes you need to make along the way.

Track your:

  • daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • daily eating habits
  • calories, fat, carbohydrates,
    and protein
  • water intake
  • supplements
  • type of cardio, duration and details
  • exercises (up to 15) along with the weights and repetitions for each set (up to 4 sets)
  • additional notes and comments
